Our Operations Director, asked me to call your company to evaluate our problem. I anticipated a refurbishing project of the MRI suite. You responded within one day and arrived from Texas to evaluate the extent of the RF leak. By the end of two hours you told me we needed to replace the door, and then reevaluate the leak. We set up the project for the following weekend. The project was complete and our room was ready for patients Monday morning. All artifacts due to RF leaks were gone.
